Fruit Cocktail Cake

My Uncles favorite cake. Quick and easy. Lots of nuts, but the best part is the homemade whipped cream. Take an old, favored recipe and make it a classic one, I will try to make this more often just so I can remember my uncle and my mother, who likes this cake too.
